Our Team
Richard is the founder. He currently leads and advises the team on AI, Sustainability, Procurement and Supply Chain Management. Richard has extensive experience working in procurement and supply-chain management worldwide, in both the public and the private sectors. He has done it all in his 35-year career: analysing cost structures, dealing with indirect and direct spend, designing procurement strategies, managing category teams, developing supplier relationships, sustainable supply chains, transforming procurement organisations and delivering significant benefits. Richard's spare time is spent on his photography.

Thomas is our chief technology officer. Managing products and growing the tech team, he also leads the development team, making sure that ‘all systems are go’. Thomas has extensive hands-on experience in developing software solutions for procurement and the supply-chain management industry. He is a passionate scuba diver and nature lover – don’t get him started! His life’s mission is to go on an epic journey, backpacking and camping along the Amazon River.
